what do I do?

In an increasingly busy, noisy and complicated world, I create spaces for people to slow down, reflect and to reconnect with themselves, with others, and with what truly matters. Whether one-to-one or in groups, I draw on a variety of approaches - including mindful connection to the natural world, creative exploration, visual and written journalling, deep listening and compassionate communication amongst others to discover clarity, meaning, connection and calm.

My work is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, neuroscience and psychology and guided by a deep trust in the wisdom of nature.

I have supported people who:

  • Have been signed off work with burnout and who are suffering with the mental and physical consequences of chronic stress

  • Are struggling with Imposter Syndrome, lack of confidence and self-doubt which is impacting their career and their relationships

  • Have spent so long putting everyone else’s needs first they’ve lost touch with who they are, what they want and need and how to go about it

  • Are navigating the challenges of parenting, particularly with children who have neurodiversity, SEN or emotional issues

  • Struggling to come to terms with a diagnosis of neurodiversity and how to navigate life with this new self-knowledge

  • Want to find more balance and joy in their life but don’t know how

  • Are coping with chronic physical pain which is impacting their quality of life and mental health

  • Find it difficult to navigate conflict or communicate their feelings and needs effectively

  • Are struggling to support others, either colleagues, elder care or family members with challenging needs

  • Feel overwhelmed and anxious by the sheer pace of life and the mental load of keeping all the plates spinning

  • 60 minute private sessions (minimum block of six).

  • A safe, non-judgemental space to be heard, understood and to think clearly for yourself.

  • Tools, concepts and ideas where necessary to help you connect to your own values, needs, instincts, experiences and wisdom.

  • Gentle encouragement to trust that inner wisdom and follow it.

  • I offer a sliding scale of fees to ensure my support is financially accessible to all.

Speaking and collaborations

I work with other practitioners and organisations to support their events and programmes, be that delivering workshops on mindfulness, stress, resilience, compassionate communication or speaking at events. Please get in touch to discuss if you have an event or programme in mind.

I offer a range of group workshops and courses around a number of different themes from pure mindfulness training to mindful sketching and more.
