I am committed to ensuring that my fees and prices are transparent and accessible to everyone regardless of financial means. I have experimented with offering my services on a donation basis only which felt comfortable to me but made some clients extremely uncomfortable. When providing services for other small businesses, they require invoices for their records which doesn’t quite fit with that model.

I am currently trialling the following pricing approach:

payment schedule

I want all my clients to feel that the price they pay reflects the level of value they have received and is also within their financial means. While I might put a price on my time (can you really put a price on something that is priceless?) using widely accepted rates, I cannot determine the level of value each client receives. That is down to the individual. That cannot be perceived until after I have delivered my services. Therefore I do not charge upfront fees but invoice an agreed price after delivering my services. There are also options to make split payments in certain circumstances.

fees

private 1-2-1 coaching for individuals

I offer three levels of hourly rates which you are free to choose post delivery according to your financial means and the level of value you feel you received. No questions asked. No judgement. I trust my clients to choose the right level. Those who are able to pay the supporter rate will be paying it forward and helping to subsidise support for those who need it and ensure the sustainability of this approach.

supported rate: £40/hr

standard rate: £60/hr

supporter rate: £85/hr

There is also the option to donate a different amount via my donations page.

small business rates

As a guide I generally charge £100/hr to provide mindfulness sessions, talks and workshops for small business. This may vary depending on length of event, location and number of participants. Please get in touch to discuss a bespoke package.

corporate rates

All of my corporate work is done through Encompass Equality. Please visit their website to enquire.

group workshops

These are priced dependant on the event, duration, number of participants and venue. Group events are charged at a lower rate than 1-2-1 coaching or support.
